These terms are for clients booking an appointment. If you are a professional selling on ClientHaus, read the provider terms instead.

ClientHaus provides booking and communication tools used by independent service professionals. By submitting a booking request, requesting a quote, contacting a provider, or paying a deposit through ClientHaus, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

ClientHaus helps connect clients with independent service providers, including stylists, barbers, cosmetologists, bridal professionals, tattoo artists, nail technicians, and estheticians. The platform may be used for appointment requests, scheduling updates, service inquiries, quote follow-ups, and related client communications.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current contact information when submitting a booking or inquiry.
• Use ClientHaus only for legitimate booking, service, and communication purposes.
• Communicate respectfully with service providers and support contacts.
• Direct any question about the service itself — pricing, timing, cancellations, or the work performed — to the professional you booked with.

Text Messaging Consent

By opting in through a booking or contact form on ClientHaus, you may receive text messages about your booking, appointment, or support request. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, quote follow-ups, scheduling updates, and one-to-one support replies.

• Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and support needs.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Payments and Provider Services

When you pay a booking deposit through ClientHaus, the payment is processed by Stripe and settles to the professional you booked with. They are the seller for that transaction. ClientHaus facilitates the booking and takes a disclosed platform fee.

The professional services themselves are provided by an independent business, not by ClientHaus. Questions or disputes about the work performed, pricing, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, or service outcomes are between you and that professional. We are happy to help you reach them, but we do not set their policies and we cannot decide those disputes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with normal operation, submit false or misleading booking requests, attempt unauthorized access, or use ClientHaus for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.

Limitation of Liability

ClientHaus provides booking and communication tools on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientHaus is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from services provided by independent professionals using the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClientHaus after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
