SMS Terms & Consent

How ClientHaus uses text messaging for booking and appointment communication.

What messages you will receive

ClientHaus sends text messages to clients who opt in through booking or contact forms on clienthaus.com. Messages include:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Quote follow-ups
  • Scheduling updates
  • One-to-one support replies related to a requested service

How you opt in

Clients opt in by entering their phone number and checking an unchecked SMS consent box before submitting a booking request or contact form on clienthaus.com. At the time of submission, the following consent language is displayed:

“I'd like to receive text updates about my booking, including confirmations, reminders, and support messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out anytime.”

Consent to receive text messages is not required to browse the site or make a purchase. The SMS checkbox is optional.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will only receive messages directly related to a booking, appointment, quote, or support request you initiated.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future text messages. You may also reply: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance.

Help response: “ClientHaus: For help, reply HELP or contact support at https://clienthaus.com/contact. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.”
