Your students open their own professional page while still in school. Your school may qualify for a clinic account, a cash payout at 25 and at 50 subscribed students, and an award for every 5 subscribed students, up to 3 a year, to give graduates you choose.

$14.99: setup students may qualify for when they sign up with your code before being licensed, instead of $29.99. The monthly plan is unchanged.
$500: your school may qualify for at 25 subscribed students, and again at 50 subscribed students: up to $1,000 a program year, paid to the school.
Up to 3: ClientHaus Key Awards a year your school may qualify for, each a free year of Early Professional for a graduate you choose.
Clinic account: for your student clinic, which your school may qualify for, with no monthly charge while it is an active partner.

What your school gets

Your school may qualify for one ClientHaus account for its student clinic with Professional Launch features: services, hours, online booking, deposits and reminders, with no monthly charge while it is an active partner. Iryna and paid extras are not included, and the usual fee on deposits clients pay (3.5% + $0.30) applies.
The ClientHaus Key School Fund: your school may qualify for $500 at 25 subscribed students and $500 more at 50 subscribed students, up to $1,000 a year. A subscribed student signed up with your code before being licensed, on Early Professional, and was still paying on day 60. Any payout is paid to your school once we have its W-9.
ClientHaus Key Awards: your school may qualify for an award for every 5 subscribed students, up to 3 a year. Each is a free year of Early Professional, with no setup fee, for a graduate you choose. ClientHaus reviews each signup before counting it.
A school that qualifies may also get a results page: signups with its code, subscribed students this program year, its cash and awards, and its clinic account.
A school that qualifies may also get its own signup link and QR code. The lessons and videos at clienthaus.com/grow are open to share with your classes now.

Clinic scheduling: coming soon. ClientHaus Campus, your clinic software: partner schools may qualify for a free first 12 months, then free or half price with enough subscribed students.

What your students get

Students who are not licensed yet may qualify for a $14.99 setup with your school's code, instead of $29.99. The monthly plan is the same as for everyone.
Their own page before they graduate: photos, services and prices, a link and a QR code.
An Opening soon waiting list for friends, family and followers. Booking, deposits and payments switch on once they add their license.
No percentage taken from what they charge for their services.

How it works

1ClientHaus Key opens to schools soon. Ask us at clienthaus.com/contact to be among the first. We review every school ourselves.
2Once the program opens, a school that qualifies gets its code, its signup link and its QR code.
3Share the link with your students. Each student signs up, pays and agrees to the terms on their own. Your school never creates accounts for anyone.
4Once your school is a partner, check your results page whenever you like. Counts start again each program year, August 1 to July 31.

Your clients and your students' privacy

Your clinic's clients belong to your school. ClientHaus does not give students the clinic's client list or help them contact those clients.
We never ask for student lists. Your results show first names and last initials only.
