Set up your free Google Business Profile and point it to your own ClientHaus page. Six steps, one page. Keep it open in another tab while you go.
Before you begin
At ClientHaus we believe your business should belong to you: your name, your page, your clients. That is the steady way to long-term success.
First, Google finds you. Once your profile is verified and your ClientHaus page is linked, Google adds you to its index, the huge list of businesses it knows about.
Then you climb, step by step. Google moves a business up as it sees real signs that people trust it: reviews, photos, accurate hours, people searching your name and clicking through, and other sites linking to you. That takes weeks, sometimes months. Every review and every booking adds up.
Use every strategy, and keep them yours. Your Google profile, your ClientHaus page, your social media, word of mouth, happy clients who send their friends. Each one points back to you.
Be careful handing your business to a marketplace. Booking marketplaces show up on Google too, but:
That is not the way to build a business.
Your ClientHaus page shows only you, and your Google profile points straight to it. No competitors, no list of other providers.

Sign in with the Google Account you want to use to manage your business. Keep this guide open in another tab so you can move through each step at your own pace.
Have your business name, service category, phone number, hours, and ClientHaus page link nearby.
Step 1 · Your business
Google will ask for the name of your business. Use the name you use with clients, not a list of services or search terms.
Example: Business name: Frida Stylist
Category: Hairdresser, or the closest accurate option Google offers.
Not your web address. The name box gets your business name only. Don’t type clienthaus.com/frida-stylist or the word ClientHaus here. Your ClientHaus link goes in the Website box in Step 5.
Google can suspend profiles whose names are stuffed with extra words like “Best Bridal Hair Bakersfield.” Keep it to your real name.
Step 2 · Where you work
Choose the setup that matches the way you work. Google will show the relevant fields as you go.
Clients visit your studio or salon: Enter the address where you meet clients.
You travel to clients: Choose the service-area option, add the areas you really serve, and hide your address if clients don’t come to you.
You rent a chair or suite in a shared salon: You can usually have your own profile, separate from the salon’s, as long as clients book you directly and can reach you there during your hours. It’s worth doing: the profile and its reviews are yours, and they go with you if you ever move.
You’re the only stylist at a salon with its own brand: Google prefers one shared profile, named like Salon Name: Your Name.
Follow the prompts that match your business. You don’t need to make your setup more complicated than it is.
Step 3 · Make it yours
A few thoughtful details make your profile more useful and give people a clear picture of your work.
Example description: “Frida Stylist offers cuts, color and bridal hair in Bakersfield. See my work and book online on my ClientHaus page.”
You don’t need to write an essay. A clear, accurate description is enough to start.
Step 4 · Verify
Google asks you to verify the profile before it can appear fully on Google Search and Maps.
Google chooses which verification methods you get. Some take several business days to review. You’re on track if Google shows that verification is processing.
Step 5 · Your ClientHaus page
This is where your Google profile connects to your own ClientHaus page.
1. Copy your link from ClientHaus. Sign in to your ClientHaus dashboard, open Your page, then Status & QR code. Your page link is shown there.
It looks like https://clienthaus.com/your-page-name, for example https://clienthaus.com/frida-stylist. Use your own.
2. Paste it into Google.
Paste the full link to your own page, never just clienthaus.com. Copying it from Status & QR code avoids typing mistakes.
Step 6 · Check your work
You’re nearly there. A short check makes sure clients find the right information.
How long until you show up? Changes usually appear within 3 days. A brand-new business can take up to a month to start showing in search results. That’s normal. Keep going.
Your Google profile and ClientHaus page work together: Google helps people discover you, and your ClientHaus page lets them book.
You’re set
Your Google Business Profile points to your own ClientHaus page, where clients see only you and can book in a few taps.
