Frida Stylist takes bookings and sends booking texts to its clients through ClientHaus, its software provider. This policy covers the information you give Frida Stylist on its ClientHaus booking page and in those texts. Below, “we” and “us” mean ClientHaus, which runs the booking page and sends the texts for Frida Stylist. Frida Stylist does not sell your information, and does not give your mobile number to anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.
When you use ClientHaus to book appointments, request a quote, contact a service provider, or respond to follow-up messages, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, phone number, email address, requested service, preferred appointment date and time, notes about your appointment, and any other information you submit through the platform.
This policy also covers people who contact ClientHaus itself: our phone line, our texts, and the ClientHaus assistant at clienthaus.com/meet. If you call a ClientHaus number or a business's Iryna line, or talk or chat with our assistant, we keep a written transcript of the call or chat and when it happened. On /meet we also keep your first name and trade if you give them, and, if you start a voice call, a scrambled code made from your internet address (never the address itself) to limit how many calls one place can start. We do not keep the audio of calls with Iryna or the /meet assistant; a voicemail left on our own number is recorded, as our SI assistants page explains.
We use your information to operate the ClientHaus booking and communication platform, including helping service providers manage booking requests, confirm appointments, send reminders, respond to questions, prepare quotes, and keep a record of client communications related to services requested through the platform.
By opting in through the SMS consent box on a booking form on ClientHaus, you may receive text messages about your booking, appointment, or support request from Frida Stylist. These messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, requests for a remaining balance with a secure payment link, and one-to-one support replies related to your requested service.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to browse the site or complete a booking. The SMS opt-in checkbox is optional and unchecked. The full program terms are in the SMS Terms.
We share relevant booking and communication details with the service provider connected to your request so they can respond, confirm availability, deliver services, and manage client support. We may also use service providers and vendors that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, payments, communications, and secure data storage providers, and the AI providers that power our assistants Iryna and Ariana, such as Anthropic, ElevenLabs and Google, as described on our SI assistants page.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above and will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the subcontractors named below, which handle it only to deliver the texts and calls you asked for.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the subcontractors named below, which handle it only to deliver the texts and calls you asked for.
We do not sell, rent or trade mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data, and we do not give them to anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used only to run the service you asked for: to send the texts you agreed to and to answer your calls and replies about your booking or support request.
Doing that takes subcontractors that provide the service for us: our messaging carrier, which delivers each text, and, when a business's Iryna line answers your call, ElevenLabs, which runs the call. Your number reaches them only so that the text can be delivered or the call answered. Our SI assistants page explains which companies process what you say to Iryna.
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
ClientHaus is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18. A service for a child, such as a flower girl's hair, is booked by a parent or guardian, who gives the details.
If you start a voice call with the ClientHaus assistant at /meet, your browser asks to use your microphone. It is used only while the call is open, and you can mute or end the call at any time. The companies that run the call are named on our SI assistants page.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Conversations with the ClientHaus assistant at /meet, including voice-call transcripts, are deleted after 90 days. The companies that run our assistants may keep their own copy for a time, as our SI assistants page describes. We keep booking and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, support providers and clients, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You can opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP. You may also contact us if you want to update your information or have questions about how your information is being used through the ClientHaus platform.
If you have questions about this privacy policy, contact us at support@clienthaus.com or (447) 234-4747.
